You may access the property from 16.00 on the day of arrival (earlier arrivals are strictly by arrangement only). The time of departure is strictly 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

A deposit of 40% of the rental is payable when booking. The full balance is payable 60 days before arrival date, a reminder email will be sent 74 days before your arrival. Non-payment of the balance by the due date may be construed as cancellation of the contract. If a booking is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the rental must be paid in full immediately.
