Guests can arrive from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. If you want to arrive a little earlier please contact us and we will look into whether we can make a special arrangement.

We request guests have checked out by no later than 10.00am on the departure date.

 We only allow dogs at Bettws Court Retreats. Please make sure they are booked in for your holiday and we can accommodate one dog in each Barn Owl Retreat and Peregrine Retreat. Kestrel Retreat is dog free.

For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere in the property.

Bettws Court Retreats are rural properties therefore the strength and speeds of the Wi-Fi might not be as good as you are used to.

The main operators including EE, O2 and Vodafone have 4G reception both inside and outside the properties. If you are unsure about your network please look at the coverage checker on their websites, the property postcode is HR2 8SF.

We aim to provide everything you will need for a comfortable stay (except food, drinks and personal belongings!) Full details of exactly what is included can be found here.
